Chair of the Spotted Dog Art Group and has been a member since 1996. Also, the Chair and founder member of KITH Artist Collective. Has worked in schools as an early years teacher with art specialism, and has run a business. Now retired enjoys exhibiting with the Spotted Dog Art Group every year, learning from the various workshops on offer, and helping to run the group. Held a Residency at the University Of Nottingham (2015-2016) and has exhibited in group shows at: the Djanogly Gallery (2016), Cedric Ford Art Prize (2012), Nottingham Trent University (2015), Backlit Gallery (2015, 2016, 2017, 2022), and as an Associate Member of Backlit, twice at Tate Modern London, and Club Solo, Breda, Netherlands. Surface Gallery (2023), NSA Gallery, Nottingham with the Spotted Dog Art Group, and KITH Artist Collective (2023). Works across multiple disciplines using mixed media. Light, shadows and reflection is a frequent feature, and the natural world inspires.
