In an increasingly busy world, the simple act of making art offers space to reflect, recharge and express yourself, while sharing the experience with others who enjoy being creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1995 by a small group of dedicated artists with a passion for learning and developing their practice, the Spotted Dog Art Group (SDAG) has grown into a thriving, volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation. More than thirty years later, that same spirit of curiosity, encouragement and artistic exploration remains at the heart of everything we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our varied programme offers something for everyone throughout the year, including professionally tutored workshops, inspiring demonstrations, friendly evening meetings, outdoor painting sessions during the summer, and exhibitions celebrating our members&#8217; work. Members also receive regular newsletters featuring group activities, local arts events and creative opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above all, Spotted Dog Art Group is about people.
